Karen C. Seddon Bandwidth

Do you ever wonder when enough bandwidth will be enough bandwidth? I can remember the first time we were able log onto the internet in my classroom and the kids and I waited 15 minutes for a site to appear on an old desktop in the classroom. We were ecstatic!
